This luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house is located in the quiet small town of Los Pargos, only 5 minutes from Playa Negra. Due to the location within Playa Negra you are in short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops as well as different surf breaks such as Avellanas or Junquillal.
With approx. 4500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out. The spacious sitting areas and warm living room with flat screen TV will make you feel at home. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and a huge bathroom with a bath tub, two other bedrooms have one king, one queen size bed each and the fourth bedroom includes 6 single beds.
Each bedroom has its full bathroom. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 dining areas – a small one in the kitchen for breakfast or a quick lunch and a large area with a big wooden table.
Our manicured tropical garden surrounds a large swimming pool, a cozy deck for massages and on the other end a bbq area for you to enjoy after a long day at the beach.
